This policy covers the Wavyroom pages where you can request pricing for a backyard room in the United States and Canada. It is operated by Spacewavy Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of the Wavyroom brand, in the Republic of Korea.
What we collect
When you use the form on this site, you give us:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The city and ZIP code where the room would go
We also record which link or QR code you arrived from, the page address you submitted from, and the time of your submission, so we know which campaigns are working.
We do not collect payment card details on this site. Nothing is charged here.
Why we use it
- To call or email you back with a quote for your address
- To hold your early-bird price and apply your coupon when you order
- To arrange delivery and installation if you go ahead
- To understand which campaigns bring genuine enquiries
We do not use your details for anything you did not ask us about.
Who sees it
Your details are shared only with the people needed to answer you:
- Our own team, in Korea and the United States
- Our California general contractor partner, when a quote or a site visit needs them
- Service providers that store or move the data for us, such as Google for form storage and Vercel for hosting this page
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Where it goes
Spacewavy is a Korean company, so your details are transferred to and stored in the Republic of Korea as well as the United States. We use providers that handle the transfer under standard contractual protections.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are in contact with you about a room, and afterwards only as long as we need them for accounting and legal obligations. Ask us to delete your record and we will.

Enquiries are stored in access-controlled systems and sent over encrypted connections. No system is perfect, and we will tell you if something goes wrong with your data.
Children
This site is for adults buying a building. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us details, email us and we will remove them.
Cookies
This page does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If you arrived from a QR code or an ad, the link itself tells us which campaign it was. That is recorded with your enquiry, not stored on your device.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
